He olvidado algo en mi coche de alquiler. ¿Qué puedo hacer?

Si después de devolver el vehículo se da cuenta de que ha dejado algún objeto personal en el coche, puede reportarlo fácilmente.

Para ello, acceda a “Gestionar reserva” y complete el formulario de objetos perdidos. Enviaremos su solicitud a nuestro equipo y verificaremos si el objeto ha sido encontrado.

He encontrado un objeto en el coche de alquiler. ¿Qué debo hacer?

¡Gracias por su atención! Si encuentra un objeto en el vehículo, le agradecemos que, si es posible, lo devuelva en la oficina donde recogió el coche. De esta manera, puede ser restituido rápidamente a su propietario.

Si no le es posible, puede dejar el objeto en el vehículo e informar brevemente a nuestro equipo al devolver el coche. Nos encargaremos de todo lo demás de manera confiable.
