Puede actualizar usted mismo su dirección y su número de teléfono tras iniciar sesión a través de «Iniciar sesión | Registrarse» en el sitio web o en la aplicación SIXT. Para dos cosas nos necesita: la dirección de correo electrónico de su cuenta (su acceso) y un cambio de nombre; basta con que nos envíe un breve mensaje y nos encargaremos de ello.

Cómo realizar los cambios

  1. Inicie sesión en el sitio web o en la aplicación SIXT a través de «Iniciar sesión | Registrarse»

  2. Abra la sección de su cuenta o de su perfil

  3. Actualice el campo correspondiente y guárdelo

La dirección de correo electrónico de su cuenta (acceso)

La dirección de correo electrónico con la que inicia sesión no se puede cambiar por su cuenta. Envíenos un correo electrónico a través de las opciones de contacto que aparecen abajo y actualizaremos su dirección de acceso.

Nota: la dirección de correo electrónico de un perfil de reserva es independiente y puede cambiarla usted mismo en cualquier momento (véase más arriba).

Cambio de nombre

No es posible cambiar su nombre por su cuenta (por ejemplo, tras un matrimonio o un divorcio). Escríbanos por el chat en vivo con su número de contrato de alquiler y un justificante del cambio de nombre (por ejemplo, un certificado de matrimonio, un certificado de cambio de nombre o un permiso de conducir actualizado), y actualizaremos su nombre.

Puede eliminar su cuenta SIXT usted mismo en cualquier momento, en la web o en la app de SIXT. Antes de eliminar su cuenta, complete cualquier alquiler activo y descargue todas las facturas importantes.

  3. En la página Cuenta, baje hasta el final y haga clic en \"Eliminar cuenta\"

En SIXT, reciba todo en el idioma que prefiera: página web, confirmación de reserva, contrato de alquiler y factura. No necesita una configuración de idioma independiente en su cuenta.

El idioma simplemente depende de qué página web de SIXT utilice:

¿Desea sus documentos en otro idioma?

Puede hacerlo en cualquier momento, incluso para una reserva existente o un alquiler en curso:

  1. Abra la página web en el idioma que prefiera. La forma más rápida es a través del icono del globo terráqueo en la parte superior derecha (donde ve su país y moneda actuales, por ejemplo, «ES | €») y seleccionar el país que prefiera. Como alternativa, vaya directamente a la página web del país, por ejemplo, sixt.es para español.

  2. Inicie sesión con sus credenciales habituales. Es la misma cuenta: verá todas sus reservas allí.

  3. En \"Gestionar viaje\", encontrará ahora su confirmación de reserva, su contrato de alquiler y su factura en el idioma que desee.

Es bueno saberlo: los correos electrónicos que le enviamos justo después de la reserva están siempre en el idioma de la página web en la que ha reservado. Si necesita otro idioma, simplemente descargue los documentos en \"Gestionar las reservas\" tal como se describe más arriba.
