Descargue su factura de SIXT en PDF en cualquier momento en la web o en la app de SIXT en \"Reservas\". Las facturas finales están disponibles en un plazo de 3 días tras la devolución; los recibos prepago están disponibles inmediatamente después de la reserva.

Descargue su factura

  1. Inicie sesión en la web o en la app de SIXT

  2. Abra \"Reservas\" y seleccione el alquiler correspondiente

  3. Pulse \"Factura\" y descargue el PDF

Formato de factura

Consejo: también puede ver el importe de la factura y la fecha de pago directamente en el resumen de su reserva en \"Información de pago\" y \"Resumen de precio\".

Puede actualizar su dirección de facturación en la web o en la app de SIXT dentro de su reserva en cualquier momento, tanto antes de la recogida como tras la devolución. Sin embargo, un NIF/CIF no se puede añadir en la web ni en la app de SIXT: escríbanos por WhatsApp o Live Chat y se lo añadiremos nosotros.

Añadir o actualizar su dirección de facturación en la web o en la app de SIXT

  1. Inicie sesión en la web o en la app de SIXT

  2. Abra \"Reservas\" y seleccione el alquiler correspondiente

  3. En la sección \"Tu información\", haga clic en \"Añadir dirección de facturación\"

  4. Introduzca el nombre de la empresa y la dirección y guarde

Consejo: en la sección \"Perfil\" puede guardar los datos de tu empresa y la dirección de facturación como predeterminados: se utilizarán automáticamente para futuras reservas

Añadir un NIF/CIF

No puede añadir usted mismo un NIF/CIF en la web o en la app de SIXT a través de la gestión de tu reserva. Escríbanos por WhatsApp o Live Chat con su número de contrato de alquiler y el NIF/CIF correcto: lo añadiremos y le enviaremos una factura PDF actualizada por correo electrónico.

Excepción: alquileres corporativos con dirección de facturación fija

En los alquileres corporativos con una dirección de facturación fija registrada, no se pueden hacer cambios en la web ni en la app de SIXT. Escríbanos por WhatsApp o Live Chat con su número de contrato de alquiler: comprobaremos si es posible una actualización.

En las reservas Prepago no utilizadas, el recibo original por el importe retenido sirve como factura. En las reservas Flexi que no se recogieron, normalmente no se emite factura. Sin embargo, con determinadas tarifas o contratos corporativos puede aplicarse una tasa por no presentación: en ese caso recibirá una factura aparte.

No presentación con Prepago

El recibo original sigue siendo su factura y puede descargarlo en la web o en la app de SIXT en \"Reservas\".

No presentación con Flexi

Normalmente no se emite factura. Con determinadas tarifas o contratos corporativos puede aplicarse una tasa por no presentación: en ese caso recibirá la factura correspondiente por correo electrónico.
