Su contrato de alquiler de SIXT es el contrato que firma en la recogida y contiene toda la información clave sobre su alquiler: vehículo, periodo de alquiler, tarifa, paquete de protección, franquicia, nivel de combustible y cualquier daño existente. Consérvelo hasta que reciba su factura final: es la base para cualquier consulta o reclamación.

Daños existentes registrados en la recogida

Cualquier daño existente en el vehículo se indica en el contrato de alquiler (lugar, tipo y tamaño del daño, por ejemplo, \"Parachoques delantero, lado del pasajero, arañazo 5-10 cm\"). Revise una vez más el vehículo antes de irse y comunique directamente al miembro del personal de SIXT en la oficina, antes de salir, cualquier daño no registrado.

Su contrato de alquiler indica los países a los que puedes viajar con tu categoría de vehículo. Revise las zonas y restricciones indicadas antes de conducir al extranjero.

Le enviamos su contrato de alquiler automáticamente por correo electrónico después de que recoja el vehículo. Durante el alquiler, también puede encontrarlo en la aplicación de SIXT o en \"Gestionar las reservas\", en el portal de reservas de la página web de SIXT.

Una vez finalizado el alquiler, su factura estará disponible allí. Su contrato de alquiler se encuentra cómodamente en su correo electrónico, por lo que le recomendamos conservar ese correo para sus registros.
