autoridad o de SIXT, en algunos casos junto con una tasa de gestión. Si considera que la factura es injustificada, puede presentar un recurso directamente ante la autoridad.</p><p></p><p><strong>Qué hacer a continuación</strong></p><ul><li><p>Revise la factura: compare la fecha, hora, lugar e infracción con su periodo de alquiler</p></li><li><p>Fíjese en el plazo de pago: aparece en la factura; pagar a tiempo evita tasas adicionales por reclamación</p></li><li><p>En caso de discrepancias: presente un recurso directamente ante la autoridad correspondiente; el procedimiento se describe en la factura</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>¿Por qué recibo la factura de SIXT? </strong></p><p>SIXT recibe inicialmente la factura como propietario registrado del vehículo. Según el país y el tipo de infracción, transmitimos sus datos como inquilino a la autoridad (entonces recibe la factura directamente) o liquidamos el importe para evitar una escalada. En este último caso, le facturamos el importe, junto con una tasa de gestión cuando proceda.</p><p></p><p><strong>¿Cuándo llegará la factura? </strong></p><p>Normalmente entre 4 y 8 semanas después de la infracción, según el plazo de tramitación de la autoridad. Recibirá la notificación por escrito, ya sea directamente de la autoridad o de SIXT.</p><p></p><p><strong>Caso especial Austria: Anonymverfügung (sanción anónima)</strong></p><p>Para infracciones de tráfico en Austria, puede pagar la Anonymverfügung de forma anónima y dentro del plazo directamente a la autoridad austriaca. En ese caso, SIXT no transmite sus datos como inquilino y le reenvía la factura. Pague a tiempo para evitar consultas posteriores.</p><p></p><p><strong>Infracción de aparcamiento tras la devolución</strong></p><p>La mayoría de oficinas SIXT ofrecen plazas de aparcamiento suficientes. Si el vehículo no se aparcó correctamente en el momento de la devolución, puede emitirse una multa de aparcamiento, incluso después de haber devuelto el vehículo en la oficina. SIXT abona estos costes y le los repercute como inquilino.</p><p></p><p><strong>Presentar un recurso</strong></p><p>¿Considera que la infracción es injustificada (por ejemplo, foto incorrecta, vehículo equivocado u hora errónea)? Presente su recurso directamente ante la autoridad correspondiente. SIXT no puede presentar un recurso en su nombre, pero le facilitaremos su contrato de alquiler como prueba.
