¿Cuáles son los beneficios incluidos en la tarifa mensual? ¿De qué me tengo que ocupar?

La tarifa mensual ya incluye todo lo que necesita para que empiece a conducir su coche directamente. Nos ocupamos de todo lo siguiente:

¿Qué otros gastos pueden haber aparte de la tarifa mensual?

\n

Además de la cuota mensual, hay una única tarifa de inscripción al inicio de la suscripción de su coche. Este procedimiento asegura que pueda comenzar a usar su nuevo coche después de solamente 5 días. Por favor, tenga en cuenta nuestra tabla de tarifas, se encuentra en la información de alquiler de SIXT. Al alquilar un coche, también es frecuente dejar un depósito como garantía por el coche de alquiler. Este depósito se reserva en el método de pago en el momento de la recogida del coche y depende de la categoría del coche reservado.

¿Por qué necesito pagar una tarifa única de inscripción?

\n

Con la cuota del alta, que solo paga una vez al inicio de su suscripción, cubrimos todos los procedimientos organizativos y logísticos, para que podamos tener su coche listo para su uso en muy poco tiempo. Al cobrar una tarifa de inscripción, renunciamos a nuestro derecho a rescindir el contrato durante los primeros 3 meses después del inicio del contrato. Su opción de cancelación flexible dentro de un período de facturación no se verá afectada.

¿Puedo sacar el vehículo de España?

\n

Algunos tipos de vehículos pueden salir fuera de España, sujeto a tarifas adicionales. Para obtener más información, consulte nuestra información sobre el alquiler.

¿Cuál es el mayor tiempo posible que puedo conducir mi coche SIXT+?

\n

No importa cuánto tiempo use nuestro coche SIXT+, su vehículo será reemplazado cada 90 días a más tardar, porque su seguridad y el estado de los coches son importantes para nosotros.

\n

Dependiendo del kilometraje o del tiempo de alquiler de su vehículo actual, puede ser necesario reemplazarlo por otro vehículo equivalente, es decir, uno que corresponda a la categoría de vehículos acordado por contrato. La sucursal responsable de SIXT le informará con suficiente antelación sobre el cambio de vehículo necesario y le concertará una cita para que lo cambie. No tiene que preocuparse de nada. Obtendrá un coche nuevo, limpio, en perfecto estado y siempre de la misma categoría.

No hay ningún cargo adicional por el cambio de vehículo, siempre que se ciña a la fecha acordada. SIXT puede rescindir el contrato como mínimo 3 meses después del inicio del contrato.
