¿Qué coches puedo elegir con SIXT+?

Ofrecemos muchos paquetes y modelos de vehículos diferentes en una suscripción SIXT+: desde coches pequeños, familiares y SUV hasta modelos premium de lujo. Encontrarás todos los modelos disponibles actualmente en nuestro sitio web y en la aplicación.

¿Qué significa la muestra de vehículos por grupo de vehículos? ¿Qué vehículo recibiré?

\n

Nuestras ofertas de SIXT+ tienen la intención de cubrir todas las necesidades de movilidad de nuestros clientes de la manera más flexible, rápida e inmediata posible. Al incluir un grupo de vehículos en un paquete con modelos de similares características (también llamado Código ACRISS), podemos proporcionarle su vehículo de forma rápida y sencilla. El vehículo de esta categoría que recibirá se decide en la sucursal de SIXT el día de la recogida. Todos los coches de SIXT+ son nuevos o prácticamente nuevos y contienen equipamiento de alta calidad.

Todos nuestros vehículos SIXT+ son nuevos o prácticamente nuevos y tienen un máximo de 12 meses de antigüedad. Cada vehículo también se limpia profesionalmente antes de la entrega.

¿Hasta qué punto puedo configurar mi coche SIXT+?

Recibirá un vehículo del grupo de vehículos seleccionado. No hay garantía de modelo específico ni preferencia sobre un vehículo, marca, modelo o motorización.

Sin embargo, dependiendo del vehículo, tiene la opción de seleccionar extras disponibles. Esto incluye, por ejemplo, más kilómetros incluidos, una franquicia más baja en su paquete de protección o la posibilidad de incluir conductores adicionales.

¿Puedo cambiar mi coche SIXT+?

Dependiendo del kilometraje o del tiempo de alquiler de su vehículo actual, puede ser necesario reemplazarlo por otro vehículo equivalente, es decir, uno que corresponda al grupo de vehículos acordado en el contrato. Si corresponde, se le informará con suficiente anticipación sobre el necesario cambio de vehículo por parte de la sucursal responsable de SIXT, y concertaremos una cita para el cambio. No tiene que preocuparse de nada, obtendrá un coche nuevo, limpio y en perfecto estado.

Si desea cambiar su vehículo SIXT+ usted mismo y, por ejemplo, cambiar a una categoría de vehículo diferente, puede hacerlo un máximo de dos veces durante el periodo, o dentro de un periodo de renovación específico. Para solicitar un cambio, debe mandar un mail a plus-es@sixt.com. La tarifa de cambio de coche es de 49,99 EUR.
