las partes implicadas resulten ilesas. En caso contrario, póngase en contacto con los servicios de emergencia.\n\n'- En caso de accidente o avería, hay que hacer lo siguiente:\n'- En principio, todo accidente o siniestro debe comunicarse inmediatamente a la policía, independientemente de que haya sido causado por usted o por un tercero, e incluso si no hay terceros implicados.\n'- Como arrendatario, está obligado a garantizar que SIXT reciba toda la información necesaria para evaluar el incidente.\n'- Por lo tanto, póngase en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente de SIXT share (enlace a https://www.sixt.com/share/contacts/#/) por teléfono in situ y no se marche antes de hacerlo.\n'- El alquiler también finaliza en caso de accidente o siniestro únicamente con la devolución del vehículo. Si el vehículo ya no está en condiciones de circular, el alquiler finalizará previo acuerdo con el servicio de atención al cliente al transferirlo a la empresa de remolque \n.\n'- Envíe su parte de accidente por escrito o el formulario de daños SIXT cumplimentado - preferiblemente con fotos de todos los daños y el lugar del incidente - al servicio de atención al cliente de SIXT share. Asegúrese de proporcionarnos el número de expediente policial \n.\n\nConsulte nuestros términos y condiciones (enlace a https://www.sixt.de/pages/agb/) para conocer los procedimientos detallados en caso de accidente o daños.\n\n ¿Cuál es la franquicia en caso de accidente?\nLas tarifas actuales válidas por minuto/hora/por día de un vehículo de SIXT share ya incluyen un seguro a todo riesgo y contra robo, con una franquicia de 950 euros por daño. Puede reducir la franquicia añadiendo la opción de protección correspondiente en la aplicación SIXT. Puede encontrar más información sobre nuestras opciones de protección en nuestra página de tarifas, y el precio actualmente aplicable para la opción de protección para el vehículo seleccionado se puede ver en la aplicación SIXT en el momento de la reserva. Le recomendamos el seguro a todo riesgo y contra robo con franquicia reducida, que le ayuda a evitar una elevada carga financiera en caso de daños. El seguro a todo riesgo y antirrobo cubre los daños por accidente que usted cause al coche de alquiler. Asimismo, la protección antirrobo incluida le cubre en caso de robo del coche. Sin el seguro a todo riesgo y antirrobo, usted es responsable de los daños del vehículo hasta el valor total del vehículo más cualquier otro daño recuperable (por ejemplo, depreciación, costes de peritaje, etc.) si estos daños no han sido causados de forma demostrable por terceros. El seguro a todo riesgo de daños por accidente puede reducirse o anularse en caso de causación de daños por negligencia grave o intencionada, así como en caso de incumplimiento de obligaciones contractuales por negligencia grave o intencionada."}}
