encontrar el vehículo, puede deberse a varias razones. En el primer paso después de su reserva, por favor, no dude en utilizar la función «Encontrar vehículo» para navegar hasta el vehículo a través del mapa o activar los intermitentes. Si el vehículo sigue sin ser visible para usted, póngase en contacto con nuestro servicio de atención al cliente. Por supuesto, también puede reservar otro vehículo cercano.\n\n ¿Cómo abro y cierro el vehículo?\nAbra el vehículo al principio de su alquiler con la aplicación haciendo clic en «Abrir» en la pestaña «Share». Durante su alquiler, utilice la llave del vehículo para abrirlo y cerrarlo, por ejemplo, al hacer una parada. La llave se encuentra en la guantera o en la consola central. Cuando finalice el alquiler, devuelva la llave del vehículo y cierre el coche a través de la aplicación.\n\n El vehículo no se abre. ¿A qué se debe?\nSi el vehículo no se abre, puede deberse a varias causas. Por favor, compruebe que sus datos móviles están activados y que no se encuentra en una zona Wi-Fi. Además, puede activar el Bluetooth para acelerar el proceso de apertura. Si el vehículo sigue sin abrirse, póngase en contacto con nuestro servicio de atención al cliente.\n\nEl vehículo no se bloquea, ¿qué puedo hacer?\nSi está intentando finalizar su alquiler y el vehículo no se bloquea, puede seguir los siguientes pasos:\n\n'- Asegúrese de que su conexión a Internet es suficiente y que el Bluetooth está activado.\n'- Si el vehículo sigue sin cerrarse, puede utilizar la llave del vehículo de la guantera.\n'- Contacta después con nuestro servicio de atención al cliente.\n\nNo puedo arrancar el motor después de una parada, ¿qué debo hacer?\nSi el motor de su vehículo SIXT share ha estado apagado durante al menos 10 minutos durante el alquiler, la aplicación SIXT le pedirá que introduzca de nuevo su código PIN por motivos de seguridad. Si sólo ha hecho una parada y desea continuar su viaje, confírmelo introduciendo el PIN. Esto desbloquea el inmovilizador del vehículo, que se activa como parte del control de seguridad. Si no aparece ninguna solicitud de PIN en la pestaña  «Share», cambie a la pestaña Alquilar y, a continuación, vuelva a la pestaña  «Share». Si sigue sin aparecer el PIN, póngase en contacto con nuestro servicio de atención al cliente.\n\n El vehículo está sucio por dentro o por fuera, ¿cómo puedo informar de ello?\nAunque nuestros vehículos se mantienen y limpian regularmente, puede ocurrir que el vehículo reservado esté sucio. Por favor, dedique un momento a informar del estado del vehículo a través de la app de SIXT y ayúdenos a ofrecerle el mejor servicio posible mientras utiliza SIXT share.\n\nDurante una reserva o alquiler en curso, encontrará la opción «Informar de un problema» con los subapartados «Estado del vehículo» y «Daños» en la aplicación SIXT. Haga clic en «Estado del vehículo» para indicarnos si el vehículo está sucio por dentro y/o por fuera. A continuación, seleccione los iconos correspondientes y, si lo desea, suba fotos directamente a través de la app para documentar el estado del vehículo. Una vez que haya terminado la evaluación, haga clic en «Enviar» y nuestro equipo se encargará de ello lo antes posible. Por supuesto, puede iniciar o continuar su viaje a pesar de su informe sobre el estado del vehículo."}}
