crédito\n\n¿No puede registrar su tarjeta de crédito? \nCuando añada una nueva tarjeta de crédito a su cuenta de cliente, el sistema realiza una verificación del método de pago. Si esta verificación falla, la tarjeta de crédito será rechazada por nuestro sistema. En este caso, póngase en contacto con el personal de su institución emisora de la tarjeta de crédito.\n\n¿No es posible reservar un vehículo? \nAntes de comenzar, reservamos el monto esperado de la factura más un depósito en su tarjeta de crédito. Esta solicitud se realiza para cada reserva realizada. El depósito es de al menos 30€ y se basa en el precio de alquiler estimado. Si al inicio del alquiler no se conoce el precio estimado de alquiler (por ejemplo, si ha seleccionado la tarifa por minuto), el depósito será de al menos 30€. Al reservar un paquete, el monto es igual al precio actual del paquete seleccionado que se le muestra en la aplicación en el momento de la reserva, más un monto adicional como garantía en caso de que siga utilizando el vehículo más allá de la duración planificada o reserve servicios adicionales. Un alquiler solo es posible una vez que se haya confirmado el monto. Actualmente, no es posible bloquear el monto de seguridad en su tarjeta de crédito. Si esta verificación falla, la tarjeta de crédito será rechazada por nuestro sistema. En este caso, póngase en contacto con el personal de su institución emisora de la tarjeta de crédito.\n\n Los depósitos de seguridad no se liberan\nLos montos reservados se liberan automáticamente después de la facturación del alquiler. La liberación final depende del banco emisor de la tarjeta de crédito y puede tardar varios días. Lamentablemente, no tenemos control sobre esto.\n"}}
